's mission is to produce, facilitate and encourage projects to enhance individual & corporate spiritual,
physical, intellectual, emotional, and/or social formation through
experience . . . . . . resulting in individuals & corporate groups functioning more effectively in community & world.

Facilitative Team Consultation Your team or board of 8-14 people agrees to participate in active experiences in order to achieve and/or create desired outcomes that can propel your organization forward. An initial consultation will reveal the level your team is willing to participate in and any limitations team members may have that require adaptations.
 Leadership re-Formation A complete team or board overhaul. You group of 8-14 people will meet at the closest available challenge course and retreat center. For two very full days you will experience and explore existing systems with a goal of replacing those systems with more effective ones. This highly intensive framework requires commitment and concentration.
Facilitator Training Your team may desire ongoing participation in active experiences in order to continue to achieve and/or create desired outcomes for your organization. Facilitator training is a long-term agreement for specific individuals to gain adequate skills for facilitating your team or board.
The Group Experience: A general teaming experience for 8-14 adults in your setting or at a near-by ropes course facility.
Educational Forum Experiential learning is not meant to be learned through lecture; however, there are times when an educational thesis is appropriate. Includes large group experiences.
Outdoor Processes Wilderness Safety Training for 2-10 trip leaders focusing on making safe decisions that were not in the training manual, not in the 1st Aid/CPR manual, etc. Could include: C/R set ups, wilderness kitchen/dining, short trip essentials, small group process. Pre-training evaluation conducted to establish outcomes.
 re-Creation Workshop A
hands on team gaming workshop including 8 hours of intensive &
creative process to produce and play as many re-Created team building
games as possible. Outcomes depend on creativity of participants and
willingness to get out and play. Participants should leave with a list
of new games, re-Creation principles, and a long list of materials to
pick up once home. Should take place near large stores. Could include
construction.
 Youth Sessions
- Peer Ministry Experience: Peer-to-peer support training. 12 hours over 2 days.
- Youth Experience: A general teaming experience for 6-12 youth with 2 leaders in your setting or at a near-by ropes course facility. (2 adult leaders required as participants)
Dr. Craig S. Oldenburg, D.Min., M.S., D.C.E.
Craig
has been facilitating groups professionally since 1987. With over 20
years of experience with corporate groups, leadership boards, church
elders, professionals in training, and even youth groups, he has helped
teams to establish vision, team skills, improve communication, and
more. He has facilitated teams in Texas, Oregon, Idaho, Florida,
Alabama, Mississippi, Indiana, Nebraska, Colorado, West Virginia. He
has a BA in elementary education from Concordia University Chicago, an
M.S. in family life education from Concordia University Nebraska, a
D.Min. in Leadership from George Fox University in Oregon; has been
certified as a facilitator through Adventure Experiences, Adventure
Dynamics, Texas A&M; and applied his doctoral project to
understanding the history of using experience as a means of formation.
Craig is married and currently lives in Seward, NE.
Mary Oldenburg, B.A., D.C.E. Mary
has also been facilitating groups professionally since 1987. She adds
another 20 years of experience to Experiential Formations. With a
similar facilitation background as Craig, Mary also brings 3 years of
experience facilitating leadership training in the university setting.
She has a BA in secondary education with a math and physical education
emphasis from Concordia University Chicago. |
